The Department of Justice wishes to inform the public of the temporary relocation of services at the Registry of Civil Status & Rectification (Adjudicator’s) Office on Brazil Street Castries from July 14, 2021 to July 26, 2021. This temporary relocation of services is to facilitate deep cleaning of the Offices.
Consequently, on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 to Friday, July 16, 2021 the services offered at the Rectification Office will be accessed at the main office (downstairs) of the Civil Status Registry.
All applications for vital records at the Civil Status Registry will be processed at the Rectification (Adjudicator’s) Office on Brazil Street on Monday, July 19, 2021 to Monday, July 26, 2021. Customers who wish to collect certificates applied for previously can do so at the Rectification (Adjudicator’s) Office on Brazil Street on the days mentioned above. Rectification services will be suspended from July 19, 2021 to July 26, 2021 and will resume service on Tuesday July 27, 2021.
Payments for all transactions will be made at the Accounts Section of the Department of Justice.
